Cocoa Butter Presses manufactured By Petzholdt Heidenauer from Germany, type 1450/2.1.
The presses are equipped with 12 Pressing pots and 12 counter pots fitted on two horizontal columns.
The inside diameter of the pots is 450mm, which can together contain up to 185kg cocoa liquor per cycle.
The Whole system is in a good state of maintenance.
These presses are compatible with the new type hydraulic unit, cake breaker, cake conveyor, cocoa liquor pump and GDO.
The presses were orginally bought new by the Geham Company, Located in Berlin.
After about two years of service the company stopped cocoa production.
The presses were then placed at the Hamester company in Hamburg.
The plant has been running there for just half a year. Hamester was sold in 2005 and the new owner decided that their policy no longer required
these presses for cocoabutter production.
We can now offer these machines, believing these are very good presses which can run fine for many years to come.
